Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper role open with our client in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
Handle bookkeeping functions including:
Posting journal entries
Performing GL and CAM reconciliations
Filing monthly sales tax
Generating various financial statements
Performing validation of accounts payable transactions and correcting any errors
Experience
Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience required
Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Proficiency using accounting software
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Education
HS diploma required (Associate degree in Accounting preferred)
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$24-26.40/hr.
