The Charge Nurse at the Family Birth Center provides clinical and operational supervision of nursing care during shifts, working closely with the nursing leadership team. This full-time role requires an ADN with plans for BSN completion, one year of nursing experience, and specific certifications including NRP and fetal monitoring. The position supports Presbyterian Healthcare Services' mission to improve patient and community health statewide through excellent nursing care.
Overview:Under the direction of the Nursing Director, the Charge Nurse works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes.
