Construction Project Manager

A well-established steel fabricator and union erector with operations throughout New England and New York is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. This mid-sized firm is known for delivering high-quality structural steel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural steel projects from planning through completion
• Ensure on-time delivery, within budget and scope, while meeting quality standards
• Coordinate project planning, procurement, scheduling, and logistics
• Review and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Interpret and review shop drawings and blueprints
• Assist with steel erection engineering as needed
• Oversee team performance, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance
• Maintain clear project documentation and regular status reporting

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with construction drawings and steel fabrication/erection
• Prior project management or engineering experience in construction
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency or familiarity with:
• Bluebeam Revu
• Tekla Structures
• Structural/misc. metals
• Understanding of job financials and how to apply them to project execution
