• Leading financial oversight, change order negotiation, and subcontractor management.
• Collaborating with field teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Developing and mentoring high-performing teams and cultivating client relationships.
• Acting as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and partners.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• A proven track record of success in union environments.
• Strong knowledge of project cost accounting, scheduling, and productivity tracking.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, civic or residential projects.
