Overview

We are seeking a strategic Global Head of Brand to lead our brand marketing initiatives as a growth catalyst, driving measurable brand outcomes while navigating organizational transformation. This role has evolved beyond traditional brand management to encompass change leadership, technological integration, and data-driven decision making.

What You'll Do at Pega

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand growth strategies aligned with company objectives

• 10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience with demonstrated P&L impact
• Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and technology adoption
• Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
• Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
