Memory Care Director (LVN)

• Preferred licensure in nursing or social science degree i.e. Sociology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as a vital link between the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, and visitors.
• Experience working with residents with dementia diagnosis, understanding of disease process, stages of dementia and programming needs of dementia population. 
• Serve as a resource and support for family members and friends of residents in the Memory Care Residence

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred licensure in nursing or social services discipline (LVN, LPN, RN or BSW). 
• Prefer experience working with residents with dementia diagnosis and understanding of disease process, stages of dementia and programming needs of dementia population.
