What Youll Do: As a Parent Consultant/Case Supervisor, youll play a vital role in delivering client-centered support through caregiver training, case supervision, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement individualized parent training programs
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust goals based on data and family input
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Analyze data and prepare visual reports for progress monitoring
- Lead team meetings and staff training sessions
- Conduct observations, provide feedback, and support staff development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, offering resources and emotional support
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance with ethical standards, and treatment fidelity
What You Bring to the Team: - Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field (required)
- Actively pursuing Masters in ABA or related field (required)
- 12 years of experience in ABA services, including direct 1:1 intervention
- Demonstrated experience in parent consultation/training
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
