Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction products, building materials, or related industries. Proven track record in dealer network management, territory sales, and B2B selling. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and manage assigned territory through dealer network and other market channels to meet or exceed annual sales targets. Sell roll-up and rolling steel doors to existing and prospective market segments. Use Salesforce to maintain leads, prospect lists, customer notes, and marketing collateral requests. Conduct extensive cold calling and in-person visits to prospective and current customers. Present and demonstrate products using samples, catalogs, and technical features. Facilitate quotes, manage customer service tasks, and coordinate with internal departments on credit and account setup. Generate and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense records. Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to identify and execute new market opportunities. Coordinate dealer and customer training as needed. Attend trade shows, monitor competitor activity, and provide market intelligence to leadership. Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
