Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading trucks, organizing materials, and overseeing inventory flow.
• Perform accurate material movement using forklift and other material handling equipment (must maintain current forklift certification).
• Complete and document pre-operational inspections of forklift and related equipment.
• Load and unload trucks according to load plans, ensuring accuracy, proper placement, and secure stacking.
• Utilize Top Gun or similar systems to scan, track, and move inventory to appropriate bin or storage locations.
• Ensure materials are staged and delivered to the appropriate machines according to production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including execution of daily cleanup procedures.
• Tend to the scrap baler as needed and ensure timely disposal of waste material.
• Accurately count, label, and organize finished goods and raw materials to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and shipping departments to prioritize material flow and truck loading.
• Communicate professionally with truck drivers, vendors, and team members to support smooth logistics operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or material shortages.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.

• Warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and manage warehouse workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and continuous lifting.
• Familiarity with basic math, measuring tools (e.g., tape measure), and inventory systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to stand or walk 8 or more hours a day
• Work in fast paced environment
• Lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Pushing, pulling, twisting, bending and repetitive movements
• Works in noisy production area that is not air conditioned
• Must be able to twist to drive backwards
